Additional Broker's Comments

The boat is reported to be in good running condition. Overall condition/cleanliness of the engines, generator and engine compartment can be improved and broker is assisting owner with scheduling needed work.

Lower helm engine hour meters read 1272P and 1253S, upper helm hour meters read 1434 hours. Disparity in engine hours is reported to have occurred because ignition was left on.

Emily was painted in February of 2015 at Seven Seas Boat Yard in Port Orange, FL due to the gelcoat crazing prevalent among many manufacturers in the early 2000's. There is some slight paint cracking along the deck and toe rail against the non-skid surfaces moving forward from the cockpit to the bow (non-structural). Subsequent "touch-ups" were done in 2016 and 2017 due to minor damage sustained from Hurricane's Matthew and Irma.

Maintenance records available at the time of this listing indicate that the engine cooling system was last cleaned in 2011 at just over 1000 hours. Current owner has not provided evidence that the cooling system has been serviced since they purchased the boat in 2013. A cooling system service is likely due and recommended.

Documentation available also shows that the Starboard engine was replaced in June 2007 reportedly under warranty. Valve seat updates performed on port engine in 2008.
