GOLDEN OLIVE is a classic version of the popular 52' Hatteras Convertible. She presents the easily identified Hat exterior, with an amazing interior layout that has very roomy accommodations. The cockpit has a fighting chair and lower helm controls along with a bait station, sink, refrigerator/freezer/inoperable and storage. There is plenty of room for deck chairs and tables when not fighting big ones. From the cockpit you enter the salon where there is a sofa and seating to starboard and additional seating to port. Forward to port is a dinette and across to starboard is the well laid out galley. There is a full size refrigerator, an under counter refrigerator, an electric cook top, H/C pressure water stainless sink, microwave and lots of storage.Large windows to port and to starboard provide excellent sight lines and lots of natural lighting along with the forward windshield if desired. Continuing forward are steps down which lead to the lower level accommodations. To starboard is the master with a queen berth and ensuite head with a stall shower. To port is a guest cabin with upper and lower bunks and continuing further forward in the bow is another guest cabin with upper and lower bunks as well. There is a guest head on the port side with a stall shower between the 2 guest cabins. The flybridge is accessed from the cockpit and has loads of guest seating on a L shaped bench along with an additional bench all with cushions. There is the captain and companion seating at the helm station. Electronics and equipment are listed below. The main DC breaker was installed in the main DC breaker panel. DC branch breakers in the main Salon electrical panel, in the engine room and under the helm. Two Victron Energy Centaur 12V 40 AMP battery chargers in the engine room. Three Victron Energy Orion DC voltage converters located at the helm station. 12 Volt outlets at the helm. AC SHORE POWER SYSTEM VOLTAGE 120/240 volt. Two (2) 50 amp. 120/240 volt shore power inlets. 50 Amp. vinyl shore power cord. The main AC breakers were installed in the main electrical panel. Manual slide type source selector located in the main cabin electric panel. WATER TANKAGE CAPACITY 1- 165 gallon fiberglass tank (per builder). The freshwater pump is a Marpac 12 volt pump. Water level gauge installed at the tank. City water/dock-side hose connection in the cockpit. An electric water heater is located in the starboard side of the engine room. MSD (MARINE SANITATION DEVICE) SYSTEM (33 CFR 159)The vessel is equipped with a Type III Marine Sanitaon Device (MSD) Waste System.The MSD system is plumbed to a fiberglass holding tank, located under the companionway. The tank is plumbed to a deck pump out. Integral fiberglass grey water sump tank located under the port head. The grey water tank has a Rule 2000 pump with a float switch.
